The hotels we are offering are relatively
small and stylish buildings from the turn of the century in
the usual for the region Venetian style overlooking the Adriatic
sea. These are for the most part villas which have not functioned
since the war 1991 in Croatia. Their outside condition is very
good (facade and construction). The buildings could be easily
turned into high class tourist objects. The capacity of the
hotels is for around 40-100 beds, with the top floors having
the ability to make room for around 3 to 5 luxurious apartments
with a separate restaurant.

The capacity of the hotel is 20 to 40 beds.

in question if there is client desire while obeying the active
legal framework of the Republic of Croatia.
