We would like to turn your attention to our project, the tourist resort- Deer Creek which our company Razvoj F.S. is working on at the Adriatic Part of Croatia, namely in the town of Opatija and the Primorsko-Goranska Zupanja,
Opatija is known as the pearl of the Adriatic due to its amazing location and the unbelievable combination of crystal clear sea, beaches, mountains and ski resorts. It is a world nature phenomenon, which for over 160 years has been on the list of top wanted tourist destinations in Europe and the World.
Exactly 6km away from the centre of Opatija, close to the National nature park Ucka, in the fields of the beautiful mountain, and only 800m straight line from the Adriatic sea you can find our tourist complex Deer Creek.. The never-ending sea on the horizon provided by our apartment complex is only enhanced by serenity, mountain air and silence. The apartment complex offers the possibility of indulging on the sea beaches, ski slopes, mountains and parks spreads over around 3500 meters, with the three buildings facing the sea side while hiding in the depths of the mountain.
